Step 1: Meet Minimum Requirements
Evaluate if you meet our minimum requirements. You must have a
net worth of $300,000 and liquid assets of $100,000 and Management
and/or Retail Experience.
Step 2: Complete Application
Please complete our Franchise Application form online.
Step 3: Evaluation of Application
We evaluate your application, financial statements, credit and
background information. If you meet our requirements we schedule a
telephone interview.
Step 4: Telephone Interview
A telephone interview is conducted by our Franchise Qualification
Specialist. If you meet our requirements, we extend you an invitation
to attend our franchise presentation at our corporate headquarters.
Step 5: Visit Corporate Headquarters
You attend a presentation about our franchise opportunity and tour
PJ’s locations where you will sample product and gain valuable
knowledge about our concept. We also provide you with a UFOC.
Step 6: Award Notification
Within 7 days we will notify you of our decision to award you a
franchise. If you are awarded a franchise you must execute your agreement
within 60 days.
Step 7: Execute Contract & Attend Orientation
You travel to our
corporate office to execute your franchise agreement, pay franchise
fee and attend Pre-Opening Orientation.
Step 8: Pre-Opening Process
You follow our Pre-Opening process using the tools and systems
we provide to identify a location, obtain financing and equipment
and construct your unit.
Step 9: Training
You attend training at our headquarters. Training includes in store
and classroom instruction.
Step 10: Opening
One of our Franchise Field Consultants are dispatched to your store
for 4 days to assist with opening your location.
