We are a hospitality company and we care for the people and communities in which we live and serve. We are committed to taking continued and enhanced action to affect meaningful change in our organization and in our community. We recognize the need to do more. We are implementing mandatory diversity, equity and inclusion training for all team members and franchise business partners. Additionally, we are creating Team Member Diversity Councils for Ballard Brands to ensure that we continue to improve upon our diversity and inclusion efforts. We want to ensure our team members have a voice, are valued for their talents, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. We promise to listen, learn, and support.
Ballard Brands plans to grow our community partnerships through team member community involvement, and we will provide our team members with paid time off for voting and volunteering opportunities for them to participate in community engagement in the greater New Orleans area.
